{"id":18990,"date":"2026-09-09T15:30:24","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T07:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eternal.hk\/?post_type=job-opportunity&#038;p=18990"},"modified":"2026-09-09T15:30:26","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T07:30:26","slug":"product-development-manager-fragrance-lifestyle","status":"publish","type":"job-opportunity","link":"https:\/\/eternal.hk\/zh-hant\/job-opportunity\/product-development-manager-fragrance-lifestyle\/","title":{"rendered":"Product Development Manager (Fragrance &amp; Lifestyle)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the development and improvement of fragrance and lifestyle products from concept to launch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners and etc to evaluate, test, and refine formulas and product performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct stability, compatibility, and packaging tests to ensure product quality and durability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and successful commercialization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor production quality, perform factory visits, and work with partners to resolve technical and quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize materials, packaging, and product specifications to maximize customer value, quality, and profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid experience in managing regulatory compliance for fragrance, cosmetics, and lifestyle products, including import\/export regulations, Dangerous Goods classification, customs requirements, product registration, and chemical ingredient compliance across different markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of experience in product development, R&amp;D, or quality management within fragrance, beauty, personal care, home fragrance, or consumer products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of formulations, product testing, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for factory visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our company is committed to providing equal opportunities to all qualified job applicants.
