Responsibilities
- Key Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions and business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth through effective account planning, customer engagement, and execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to expand product listings, distribution, and market share.
- Client Relationship & Business Development
- Build strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support annual business planning discussions.
- Proactively address customer needs and provide solutions that drive mutual business growth.
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance, sell-in/sell-out trends, customer KPIs, and market data to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Develop regular sales reports, dashboards, and business reviews to provide actionable recommendations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data modeling, complex formulas) and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and generate commercial insights.
- Support sales forecasting and target tracking through data-driven analysis.
- Business Performance Management
- Track sales targets and monitor key business metrics to ensure achievement of revenue objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales productivity, customer performance, and overall business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and successful execution of customer plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex formulas).
- Familiarity with AI tools and data automation solutions for reporting and productivity enhancement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, commercially driven, and passionate about growing sales performance.
