Responsibilities

Lead the development and improvement of fragrance and lifestyle products from concept to launch.
Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners and etc to evaluate, test, and refine formulas and product performance.
Conduct stability, compatibility, and packaging tests to ensure product quality and durability.
Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and successful commercialization.
Monitor production quality, perform factory visits, and work with partners to resolve technical and quality issues.
Optimize materials, packaging, and product specifications to maximize customer value, quality, and profitability.
Solid experience in managing regulatory compliance for fragrance, cosmetics, and lifestyle products, including import/export regulations, Dangerous Goods classification, customs requirements, product registration, and chemical ingredient compliance across different markets.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product development, R&D, or quality management within fragrance, beauty, personal care, home fragrance, or consumer products.
Strong understanding of formulations, product testing, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for factory visits.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive 360° product launch campaigns
Create and execute effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, display ads, and third-party media
Collaborate with teams to formulate member loyalty programs and manage CRM initiatives to achieve brand objectives
Consolidate and analyze consumer data to inform brand strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field
A minimum of 4 years of work experience; experience in high-end beauty, cosmeceutical skincare brands, or beauty centers is preferred
Creative and analytical, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating proactivity and independence
Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Handle multimedia design
Work closely with internal parties on Video & Photography shooting and editing
Responsible for graphic/ multimedia design from concept creative to final artwork within schedule
Responsible for Corporate branding material’s design and production
Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

High Diploma or above in Graphic/Multimedia design or related disciplines;
At least 1-2 years working experiences in multimedia design or related field;
Solid experience in video & photography, shooting and editing are a must;
Familiar with video editing software and multimedia/ graphic design software is an advantage. ( Adobe Creative Suite software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign);
With a good sense of conceptual framework of editorial and design;
Creative, self-motivated, team-player, detail-minded, and responsible

Responsibilities

Manage assigned wholesale accounts end-to-end: relationship building, commercial negotiations, order collection, issue resolution, and account development.
Achieve monthly and annual targets for revenue, gross margin and account growth within assigned portfolio.
Identify new prospecting opportunities within territory; qualify and convert new wholesale clients to expand portfolio.
Work closely with sales support to ensure accurate order capture, timely processing, and correct reflection of agreed commercial terms.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry, with a proven track record of successful customer management.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cosmetics market dynamics and the primary customer needs, coupled with strong market awareness.
Possess excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills to effectively manage relationships with key customers.
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to utilize sales management tools flexibly.
Relevant professional background in the cosmetics field, and familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
